We are putting a song called Pass the Glass on our video, it is form a website called live freeplay music, the website address is below.
The song is copyright free and is written by: Sweet Diss and the Comebacks. It is 4.33 long, but we will not be needing all of it, so wee will end up cropping it.
The below screen shot is of the song on the copyright free website Live.FreeplayMusic. We bought if for 99p and have added it to our video.

Hello Alice!
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you... I recently moved and haven't checked my emails for a few days. As for the song, you have our full permission to use it! As for copyright stuff, you probably found it through FreePlay and I'm not sure exactly how they work. I think it's copyright free but I am not positive. If you are concerned about it, you can just call it "So Don't Let Go" instead. That was the original title which I "own" so to speak, and "Pass the Glass" is the title FreePlay uses. It's exaclty the same song and recording, just two different titles so they can do what they want with "Pass the Glass" and I can do what I want with "So Don't Let Go". Kinda complicated, but anyway... yes, you may use it, regardless of which title!

So as we can see the song that we are using is copyright free, and to confirm, it is best to use it under the name of "So Don't Let Go".
